The Lanserhof Basis Müsli contains oat flakes, spelt meal and linseed.
Oat flakes are an underestimated superfood. They contain plenty of fiber as well as minerals such as magnesium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, vitamins and proteins.
Spelt meal is considered to be extremely digestible and healthy. Similar to oatmeal, spelt contains a high amount of fiber, vitamins and minerals. It also contains a lot of protein and unsaturated fatty acids. Spelt tastes slightly nutty and thus gives the muesli a special touch.
Flax seeds contain a large amount of anti-inflammatory omega-3 fatty acids, coupled with fiber and powerful antioxidants, which are important for hormonal balance in the body. They support digestion, contribute to lower cholesterol levels and improved cardiovascular health.
Pour 50 g of cereal over 100 g of cold water or milk and allow to swell. Serve with fruit and yogurt.
