Buckwheat Crunch (buckwheat, sugar) (30%), raw cane sugar, spelt flakes (25%), rolled oats (22%), hazelnuts (10%), dried apple cubes (8%), chocolate drops (cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithins, cocoa content min. 50%) (5%), natural salt.

Buckwheat contains a substance called chiro-inositol, which can regulate blood sugar levels. Thus, buckwheat products can even cause a positive effect in diabetics. Spelt is rich in dietary fiber, which is particularly good not only for satiety, but also for digestion.
The product, produced in Austria explicitly for Lanserhof, comes from a controlled organic cultivation. This implies that the environment is polluted as little as possible. Therefore, the use of chemical pesticides, mineral fertilizers and genetic engineering is avoided.
