Oat flour from controlled organic cultivation (AT-BIO-401).
Oats contain large amounts of a dietary fiber called beta-glucan. As soon as this comes into contact with water, the pulp known for porridge is formed. In the intestine, this mass not only slows down the absorption of carbohydrates, but also inhibits the absorption of cholesterol.
The product produced in Austria explicitly for Lanserhof comes from a controlled organic cultivation. This implies that the environment is polluted as little as possible.
