Omega-Lein-Crunch Bio is a dietary supplement that is particularly suitable for refining the taste of muesli, cottage cheese, yogurt or desserts. Controlled organic golden linseed of the highest quality provides nutritionally important substances, such as valuable protein building blocks (amino acids), swelling and fiber, and omega-3 rich linseed oil. In combination, these ingredients have a beneficial effect on cholesterol levels and digestion.

Lecithin contained in Omega-Lein-Crunch Bio functions as a necessary nerve food and is indispensable for cell metabolism.
The pleasant taste of Omega-Lein-Crunch Bio is provided by skimmed milk powder, which is particularly rich in calcium and protein, and slightly sweetening apple juice.

Usage

Recommendation: Mix 1-2 heaped tablespoons with approx. 150 ml of liquid.

Important note: Please ensure sufficient fluid intake at the same time (ratio min. 1:10). Do not consume in case of intestinal obstruction.
