Our Schüttelbrot – a crispy bread and a South Tyrolean specialty - is made from buckwheat. Thus, the Lanserhof Schüttelbrot is gluten free and also suitable for people with gluten intolerance or people who simply prefer to eat a diet without gluten. A special bread spice makes the dried bread so tasty. The Schüttelbrot is free of allergens.
