The Lanserhof Coco-Ghee is a mixture of high-quality, native organic coconut oil (VCO) and wholesome organic ghee made from sweet cream butter.
Coco-Ghee is very suitable for Ayurvedic cuisine and also refines "local" dishes with its very special buttery, fruity taste. It is ideal for braising, cooking, frying and baking, because it is highly heatable.
Note: From a temperature of 25 °C Coco-Ghee becomes liquid. It should be stored in a cool place and protected from light.
