The Lanserhof Omega 3 Muesli can be wonderfully used as a basis for a healthy breakfast. Fill the desired amount of muesli into a bowl, cover it as desired with, for example, some almond, oat or rice milk and let it soak for about 30 min. You can refine it with nuts, some maple syrup, cinnamon, fruit or yogurt to make a protein-rich meal that provides a long feeling of satiety and brings energy for the day. The ingredients are from certified organic farming. Vegan and sugar free.

Omega 3 Muesli consists of hemp and chia seeds.
Hemp seeds are full of omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, which are important for the heart and brain. They also have a positive effect on digestion and support various cellular processes. The fatty acids further provide healthy, beautiful hair, skin and nails. The muesli is well suited for athletes, because hemp seeds provide a lot of digestible protein and with more than 20 different amino acids, for example, restore the ph-value of the body after a hard workout and support regeneration.
Chia seeds also have a lot of omega-3 fatty acids, as well as calcium, iron, fiber and protein. They strengthen the heart and brain, improve concentration and have a positive effect on blood sugar and cholesterol levels.
Usage
