The Lanserhof Coco-Ghee is a mixture of high-quality virgin organic coconut oil (VCO) and digestible organic ghee from sweet cream butter. Coco-Ghee is very suitable for Ayurvedic cooking and also refines "domestic" dishes with its very special buttery, fruity taste.
It is ideal for braising, cooking, frying and baking, as it can be heated to high temperatures.
Note: Coco-Ghee becomes liquid at a temperature of 25 °C and above. Therefore, it should be stored in a cool place and protected from light.
