All shakes contain the same basic formulation, and the three different varieties add different accents to the effect:
green:
The green shake with chlorophyll and wheatgrass juice powder supports oxygen transport in the blood and particularly stimulates purification. It is also the most satiating. This shake is also offered as a meal replacement during the cure at Lanserhof.
gold:
The golden shake with the high proportion of sea buckthorn, papaya and turmeric contains particularly high levels of omega 3, 6, 7 and 9. It supports the structure of the cell membranes and also has particularly supportive functions for the metabolism and immune system.
red:
The berry mixture in the red shake contains particularly high levels of antioxidants and, in combination with physical activity, can prolong the fat-burning process.
Usage
As a meal replacement:
Stir 2 tbsp (30 g) Lanserhof stoffwechsel shake into approx. 200 ml plant drink and mix in a shaker. Add 1-2 tablespoons of linseed, olive or coconut oil according to taste.
As a meal upgrade:
Add 1-2 teaspoons to muesli, yoghurt, etc.
You can take two shakes on individual days, but please note:
The metabolism drinks contain a very high content of vital substances due to the superfoods and, at 30 g, reach the legally permitted maximum amount in some areas.
