Application
This sample pack contains 2 foot pads, which are needed for 1 application and thus 1 night. To perfectly support your sleep rhythm, remove the pads from the protective foil and stick them in the middle of the sole of the foot using the patches. Leave the pads to work overnight and remove them the morning after.
Tip:
In order to achieve a perfect effect and avoid the detachment of the patch, it is strongly recommended to wear socks during the application.
