Where are your products manufactured?

Our products come from Germany and Austria.

Are the products vegan?

Almost our entire range is vegan, with some vegetarian additions.

Are the products certified organic?

Yes, a large portion of our products are certified organic, and they are labeled accordingly with the "organic" designation. The raw materials for our organic products come from controlled organic farming, and the processes in our Lanserhof online shop are certified by DE-ÖKO-006.

Where can I find the list of ingredients?

Each product has an associated ingredient table. This can be found on the product page under "Ingredient table" or "Ingredient list".

Do Lanserhof products have a shelf life? How long can I expect to use my products after opening them?

Most of our Lanserhof products have a best-before date, which you can find on the bottom of the product. With proper storage, this can easily be exceeded.

When will my product be available again?

If your favorite product is out of stock, you can sign up for an automated notification on the product page. You'll be notified immediately as soon as the product is back in stock.

Where can I buy Lanserhof vouchers?

You can find our vouchers under Products > Vouchers. Alternatively, you can also use the search bar.

Questions about my order

Do I need to create a customer account to order something?

No, you can also perform express checkout as a guest.

Can I redeem a discount code on my existing order?

Unfortunately, we cannot provide any subsequent discounts on orders that have already been placed.

Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct. Subsequent changes to your delivery address are only possible to a limited extent. Please email us immediately and we will review your options.

How can I change an order I just placed?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed.

What can I do if there is something wrong with my order or if I received the wrong products?

How will my package be shipped?

We ship climate-neutrally with DHL. We ship to Switzerland climate-neutrally and without subsequent customs fees with DHL Express.

Can I have my shipment delivered by express?

We currently do not offer express shipping.

Which countries do you ship to?

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Slovenia, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Spain.

Is your package packaging sustainable?

Our shipping boxes are made of natural, uncoated kraft paper. We also avoid plastic filling materials whenever possible.

Questions about the return

What do I do if the goods were damaged or lost during transport?

Please contact the shipping service provider (DHL) immediately and also inform us at onlineshop.customerservice@lanserhof.com.

How long does the chargeback process take for returns?

Your products will be refunded immediately after the return has been inspected.

Who can I contact if I have a complaint?

You can complain about your order within 14 days of receiving your products.

The defect in question must have existed at the time of sale or handover.

The retailer reserves the right to refuse to accept increased sensitivity or an allergic reaction as grounds for complaint, as sensitization or an allergic reaction to the delivered product itself cannot be considered a defect or defect. We communicate the ingredients on the respective product page so that you can inform yourself in advance about any allergies.

Our products are designed with a targeted effect in mind, so taste isn't a priority for some products. Products cannot be returned due to an individual's unpleasant taste.

What types and deadlines exist for returns?

You can return your items at your own expense within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging.
