With its high-quality, high-dose Omega 3, Lanserhof offers a purely plant-based and particularly well-tolerated source of the essential Omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA – extracted from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp.. Unlike conventional fish oil, this algae oil is free of harmful substances such as heavy metals or microplastics, making it ideal for a conscious, sustainable diet.

Take 5 ml (1 tsp) per day.
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded.

5 ml contains 1,021 mg DHA and 511 mg EPA:
