Product questions

Our products come from Germany and Austria.

Almost our entire range is vegan, with some vegetarian additions.

Yes, the majority of our products are certified organic and are labelled accordingly with the word ‘organic’. The raw materials for our organic products come from controlled organic cultivation and the processes of our Lanserhof online shop are certified by DE-ÖKO-006.

Each product has an associated ingredient table. This can be found on the product page under "Ingredient table" or "Ingredient list".

The majority of our Lanserhof products have a best before date, which can be found on the bottom of the product. If stored correctly, this can easily be exceeded.

If your favorite product is sold out, you can sign up for an automated notification on the product page. This way, you will be informed immediately as soon as the product is back in stock.

You can find our vouchers under Products > Vouchers. Alternatively, you can also use the search bar.

Questions about the order

You can perform an express checkout as a guest.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide any subsequent discounts on orders that have already been placed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided is correct. Subsequent changes to your delivery address are only possible to a limited extent. Please send us an email immediately and we will check the options.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed.

Delivery times, shipping costs and customs duties depend on your shipping location.

EU Shipping

The delivery times are on average 3-5 working days. Since the local shipping service providers within the destination country take over the shipment, the times may vary.

Switzerland and Great Britain Shipping

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.

International Shipping

Delivery times, shipping costs and customs duties depend on your shipping location.

We ship climate-neutral with DHL. We ship to Switzerland in a climate-neutral manner and without subsequent customs duties with DHL Express.

We currently do not offer express shipping.

Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, France, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Sweden and Spain.

Our shipping boxes are made of natural, uncoated kraft paper. When it comes to filling material, we avoid using plastic whenever possible.

Questions about the return

Please contact the shipping service provider (DHL) immediately and also inform us at onlineshop.customerservice@lanserhof.com.

Your products will be refunded immediately after the return has been inspected.

You can complain about your order within 14 days of receiving your products.

The defect in question must have existed at the time of sale or delivery.

The retailer reserves the right to refuse to accept increased sensitivity or an allergic reaction as a reason for complaint, because sensitization or an allergic reaction to the delivered goods in itself cannot be considered a defect or defect. We communicate the ingredients on the respective product page so that you can find out in advance about any allergies.

Our products are designed to have a targeted effect, so that the taste is not the main focus for some products. Products cannot be returned due to an individual unpleasant taste sensation

You may return your items within 30 days of receipt at your own expense, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging.
