With the organic bread baking mix based on buckwheat flour, everyone can easily bake their own bread. So especially allergy sufferers and anyone with a gluten intolerance can be sure that they can enjoy the bread completely harmless.

The baking mixture is mixed well with half a liter of water and then put into a greased mold. This should then rest for about 30 minutes in a warm place. Then the dough must be placed in the oven at 170 °C for 40 minutes. The homemade bread is ready.
