We forward your data to the shipping company within the scope required for the delivery of the ordered goods according to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. Our logistics partner Ontaro GmbH, Hüttenstraße 100-102, 50170 Kerpen, Germany, is responsible for the execution of the contract and delivery. In this context, data is also passed on exclusively for the purpose of processing online orders in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.
As part of the payment process in our online shop, we work together with these partners: technical service provider, credit institution, payment service provider.

HubSpot is used as a CRM for managing user accounts. In particular, HubSpot allows us to digitally represent and manage our customer service and customer management.
If you contact us using a contact form or an instant messenger, giving your e-mail address, a user account is created and the content of the communication is recorded so that we can better process this request and any future requests. If you do not enter an e-mail address, no user account is created and the content of the communication is not recorded.
