General delivery information

We ship Monday through Friday, except holidays.

When placing your order, please ensure that the billing and delivery address details are correct to avoid delivery delays or undeliverable items.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

National shipping (Germany)

Free shipping for orders over 100 Euro

Normal delivery time 2-5 working days.

International shipping

Delivery times, shipping costs and customs duties depend on your shipping location. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

EU Shipping

DHL Go Green Standard - 12,00 Euro

Free shipping for orders over 200 Euro


Switzerland


To simplify customs clearance for our customers, we work exclusively with DHL Express.

The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.

DHL Express delivers the order directly to the recipient, without handing it over to local delivery agents and without the package having to be collected from customs.

We take care of the customs fees and VAT processing for you, you have no additional costs after ordering.

Returns

You can return your items at your own expense within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened and in their original packaging. Food is excluded from returns.

Important: Please do not forget to state the sender and order number on the parcel.

Your products will be refunded immediately after the return has been checked.

The shipping costs of the order will not be refunded in the following cases:

1. In the event of non-collection and exceeding the storage period at the parcel shop.
2. If delivery is impossible due to address errors for which the customer is responsible.


Complaints


You can make a complaint about your order within 14 days of receiving your products. The defect in question must have existed at the time of sale or at the time of delivery. The retailer reserves the right to refuse an increased sensitivity or allergic reaction as a reason for complaint, as a sensitisation or allergic reaction to the delivered goods cannot in itself be considered a defect or fault. We communicate the ingredients on the respective product page so that you can find out about any allergies in advance.

Our products are designed with a targeted effect in mind, which means that flavour is not the primary consideration for some products. Products cannot be complained about due to an individual unpleasant taste sensation.
