Almost all tissue structures in the body are built from the body's own protein. This body protein synthesis requires amino acids – the basic building blocks of life. A sufficient and high-quality supply of amino acids is therefore important for strengthening and maintaining body and muscle substance, for metabolism, vitality and immune system and ultimately also for promoting and maintaining fitness and mobility into old age.
Our amino acid composition already contains the basic building blocks of protein metabolism, the 8 essential amino acids in free and crystalline form. Amino acids are the smallest building blocks of proteins and are already broken down. This means they do not need to be digested and can be absorbed directly through the small intestine. According to studies, on an empty stomach it takes 23 minutes until the amino acids are available to the organism
Our composition imitates the specific amino acid profile of humans, which ensures optimal net amino acid utilization (bioavailability) without burdening the organism with metabolic waste that arises from the breakdown of protein food sources and has to be broken down and excreted via the liver and kidneys.
The composition has almost no calories, as more than 99% of the amino acids are converted anabolic to body protein. There is therefore less than 1% metabolic waste that has to be broken down or burned and thus generates calories via gluconeogenesis.

We recommend taking it before meals on an empty stomach, at any time of day.

Preparation: Add one portion (1 sachet of 10 g) to a glass of water (200-300 ml). Then stir in, mix and drink. Or as a powder to stir into one of our metabolic shakes. One sachet contains 8 grams of essential amino acids (99% absorbable) and 2 grams of D-ribose + D-galactose.

Due to the natural ingredients, our Amino Acids Plus product has a bitter taste. This is due to the specific amino acids, which in their pure form can be perceived as bitter by some people.
To soften the taste, the product can be stirred into a juice or similar drink.
