Example of the procedure for a metabolism activation treatment (please always consult your doctor):

Introductory phase (2 days)
3x shake daily
+ 2-3 cups of fasting tea
+ 5 drops of bitter oil twice daily before meals

Tea fasting week
Fasting tea (2-3 cups per day)
+ additional vegetable broth, teas (herbal not fruit), water (depending on activity).

Shake+Tea fasting week
3x shake daily
+ 2-3 cups of fasting tea
+ 5 drops of bitter oil twice daily before meals

Only 1-2 shakes daily as a meal replacement

Usage

As a meal replacement:
Stir 2 tablespoons (30 g) Lanserhof metabolism shake into approx. 200 ml plant drink and mix in a shaker. Depending on your taste, add 1-2 tablespoons of linseed, olive or coconut oil.

As a meal upgrade:
Put 1-2 teaspoons in muesli, yoghurt etc.
