Microbiome Complex: Promotes the natural balance of your intestinal flora and supports healthy digestion. This high-quality combination of probiotic cultures and prebiotics strengthens the intestinal flora and contributes to improved nutrient absorption.
Basic germinated muesli: The germination process gives the muesli an increased nutrient density and better digestibility. The valuable ingredients can therefore be better absorbed by the body. The basic muesli provides natural energy and supports balanced digestion.
Fiber mix: The mix of soluble and insoluble fiber promotes intestinal movement and contributes to regular digestion. It supports the feeling of satiety and helps to cleanse the intestines naturally.

Usage

Microbiome Complex: Can be used as a treatment or permanently, drink 25 ml daily pure or mixed in a glass of still water. In the morning half an hour before breakfast on an empty stomach. Can also be used for intermittent fasting: the minimal calorie and carbohydrate content means that the fast is not interrupted.
Organic basic sprouted muesli: Suitable for daily consumption. Can be easily refined with berries and/or nuts.
Organic fiber mix: Stir 1-2 teaspoons daily into a smoothie, yogurt, muesli or porridge. Note: Increase fiber intake gradually and drink plenty of water.

**The sugar cane molasses is broken down by microorganisms during the fermentation process.

Why germinated and fermented sprouts?
If pseudo-cereals such as brown millet or broccoli seeds are germinated and then fermented, dextrorotatory lactic acid is produced through the involvement of lactobacilli. Lactic acid fermentation juices are excellent sources of enzymes, vitamins, phytonutrients and countless other vital substances.

Furthermore, it contains up to 30 different strains of microorganisms, including various lacto- and bifidobacteria, Bacillus subtilis and yeasts, which create a broad enzyme base.

All microorganisms are sourced from Germany and EU countries. They are GMO-free and therefore no genetically modified organisms are used in production.

Organic basic sprouted muesli (400g): sprouted oat flakes, oat bran, sprouted quinoa, wheat germ, sprouted linseed, sprouted millet. All ingredients from 100% controlled organic farming.

Organic fiber mix (250g): brown ground linseed, psyllium husks. All ingredients from 100% controlled organic farming.
