Traditional bitters reimagined with fermented plant power.

The LANSERHOF LAB fermented bitter dropsThey combine the centuries-old effects of bitter-rich plants with modern knowledge of fermentation and microbiome care. A complex fermentation process with selected microorganisms creates a highly complex plant extract that's ideal for integration into your daily health routine.

The basis: bitter herbs and wild plants

The drops contain a carefully selected extract of bitter-rich plants, including artichoke, wormwood, gentian root, yarrow herb, dandelion leaves, turmeric, ground elder, thyme, and hop blossoms. The formula is complemented by high-quality ingredients such as reishi, spirulina, and broccoli seeds—all certified organic.

The special feature: Fermented plant substances

During production, the recipe is prepared with the help of24 selected microorganism strainsfermented – including lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, and yeasts. During this process, the sugarcane molasses contained in the ferment is completely metabolized by the microorganisms.

Fermentation can increase the bioavailability of plant substances and makes the drops a natural, modern supplement for anyone who wants to experience bitter substances in an innovative way.

Ingredients

For our products, we use only selected, high-quality ingredients – plant-based, pure and effective.

Microorganism strains

Microorganism strains such as lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, or yeasts are natural components of many fermented products. They are formed during the fermentation process and help break down, metabolize, or improve the availability of certain ingredients. Specifically selected strains are used in dietary supplements or functional foods with the goal of enhancing the product's diversity and quality.

artichoke

The artichoke belongs to the daisy family and has been a valued natural plant for centuries. Its extract is often used in dietary supplements because the plant contains a variety of valuable plant compounds such as bitter compounds, flavonoids, and cynarin. Artichokes have traditionally been valued in the diet—especially in times of a more conscious lifestyle.

nettle

Nettles have a diuretic, balancing (adaptogenic) effect and strengthen the body and nerves in times of stress and exhaustion. Stinging nettle leaves contain one to two percent antioxidant flavonoids, vitamins A, C, B, and K, and minerals like potassium, calcium, and iron.
Nettles are often used to treat urinary tract problems such as bladder infections and kidney stones.

turmeric

Turmeric, also known as the "golden root," belongs to the ginger family and has been valued in Asian cuisine and culture for centuries. Turmeric plays an important role in many cultures – whether in traditional ceremonies, in Ayurvedic teachings, or as an aromatic ingredient in food and beverages. Its slightly earthy, spicy flavor makes it a versatile ingredient in the modern diet – whether as a spice, in teas, or as golden milk.

Ginger

Ginger can have anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, blood circulation-enhancing and cleansing effects. It is a popular remedy for colds and other infections.

Spirulina

Spirulina is a blue-green microalgae that has various health benefits.
It contains a variety of nutrients such as proteins, vitamins (especially B12), minerals (iron and magnesium), antioxidants (beta-carotene) and essential fatty acids.
Another ability of spirulina is that it can bind and excrete heavy metals such as mercury, lead and cadmium in the body.

thyme

Thyme has an antimicrobial effect and can help relieve coughs and congestion in the case of colds and respiratory problems. In addition, it possesses antioxidant compounds that can help the immune system.
