Support your fasting cure daily as follows:

Bitter substances from herbs and spices

The positive effects of bitter substances have been used successfully in traditional medicine for thousands of years. They have largely been bred out of our everyday foods because of their bitter taste.

MCT oil

MCT oil is obtained in a complex process through the fractionation or distillation of coconut oil.

dandelion root

The dandelion root can promote digestion, support liver function and improve the detoxification processes in the body. It contains bitter substances and flavonoids, which can have a stimulating effect on the digestive organs, and has anti-inflammatory properties.

Curcumin - turmeric extract
