The health of the intestine plays a central role in human well-being. The intestine is not only responsible for digestion and nutrient absorption, but also houses most of the immune system as well as billions of bacteria and other microorganisms that make up the so-called intestinal microbiota. A disturbed intestinal microbiota and inflammation in the intestine can therefore cause many complaints.
2'-Fucosyllactose is a prebiotic oligosaccharide that occurs naturally in breast milk and can especially support gut health. Our fiber is obtained through fermentation. It promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut, especially Bifidobacterium spp.
It also binds harmful microorganisms so that they cannot adhere to the intestinal cells.
Usage
Stir 3 measuring spoons (3 grams) daily into sufficient liquid and drink after dissolving.
Suitable from 1 year. 1-6 years: use 1 measuring spoon (1 gram) instead.
This food supplement must not be used if breast milk or other foods containing added 2'-fucosyllactose are consumed on the same day.
People with lactose intolerance should decide individually whether or not to consider taking it. Whether taking it is asymptomatic despite lactose intolerance depends on the severity of the lactose intolerance. People with lactose intolerance can carefully test taking it with a meal.
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should be stored out of the reach of small children.
Store in a cool, dry place, protected from light.

Dietary fiber
Dietary fiber is an indigestible component that plays an important role in digestion and general health. It supports healthy intestinal flora, promotes digestion and helps to keep blood sugar levels stable. Dietary fiber also serves as food for healthy intestinal bacteria, the so-called probiotic microorganisms. These bacteria help to keep the intestinal environment in balance.
