The ability of herbs to effectively treat everyday ailments has been known for centuries. The effects of medicinal herbs are based on ingredients such as essential oils, flavonoids, and tannins, which can be consumed in the form of tea infusions.
Provided the quality and concentration of the ingredients are high enough.
To ensure this, Lanserhof medicinal herbal teas meet so-called "pharmacist quality," with established standards, for example, regarding the active ingredient content.

Application

1-2 cups of tea per day. Pour 1-2 teaspoons of boiling water over each cup (approx. 125 ml), cover, and let steep for 8-10 minutes. Then drink in small sips.
Drink as a cure over 4 weeks and do not exceed the duration of intake.

Ingredients

For our products, we use only selected, high-quality ingredients – plant-based, pure and effective.

Green Oats

The young shoots of the oat plant have a positive effect on cholesterol levels and metabolism. The relaxing properties can help with stress and insomnia.

raspberry leaves

Raspberry leaf tea is valued for its anticonvulsant and strengthening effects. The flavonoids, thannins and essential oils can have anti-inflammatory and calming effects.

blackberry leaves

Blackberry leaves can have an astringent, toning effect. They are also said to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties that can support well-being.

mallow

Mallow and mallow flowers in tea can have a calming and anti-inflammatory effect. They can help soothe irritation of the mucous membranes and relieve irritation in the gastrointestinal tract.

hyssop

Hyssop is traditionally valued for its cleansing effect on the body. It is believed that hyssop can help rid the body of toxins and stimulate metabolism. Hyssop is often part of cleansing and detoxification programs.

fennel

Fennel has mild diuretic and digestive properties. This promotes the elimination of waste products via the kidneys. In addition, the intestinal function is regulated and natural detoxification is supported.
