Spelt is rich in fiber, which is particularly good not only for satiety, but also for digestion. In addition, the vitamin B contained in spelt is good for the liver, brain and muscle cells. The silicic acid on the one hand strengthens the hair and nails and on the other hand is helpful for the thinking ability. Spelt has the highest iron content of all cereals, 4.2mg per 100g.
