Sunflower seeds germinated

Germinating sunflower seeds can increase the availability of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants in the seeds. This also activates enzymes, which can make the digestion process easier.

Buckwheat germinated

The sprouting process makes nutrients such as vitamin C, B vitamins, iron, zinc and antioxidants even more easily digestible and available. The gluten-free pseudocereal buckwheat is rich in fiber and contains fewer calories than cereals.
