Details

As part of the Lanserhof treatment program, our guests regularly take a wheatgrass shot with breakfast. This has a grassy, herbal aroma with a slightly sweet note.
During the treatment, the wheatgrass shot is typically taken before meals to aid digestion and prepare the body for food intake.

Application

- 1/2 tsp grass juice powder
- approx. 30 ml of still, cold water (alternatively slightly lukewarm – but not hot!)
- 1 tsp Omega-3 high dose
Pour the grass juice powder into a small glass and add water. Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. Then gently stir in the high-dose Omega-3 oil. It won't completely dissolve in the water, but you can disperse it well by stirring vigorously or shaking it briefly. It's best to drink the shot immediately after preparation on an empty stomach or about 15-30 minutes before breakfast – this allows the active ingredients to develop their full effect.

If the taste is too intense for you, you can add some lemon juice.
