Niacinamide

A true all-rounder: The water-soluble vitamin (B3) niacinamide supports the availability of keratin in our skin, makes it firm and healthy, improves the skin barrier and helps to moisturize it. It also regulates the skin's oil content and reduces redness, pimples and pore formation. And last but not least, it protects against oxidative stress and UV radiation.

Creatine

Shea butter forms a protective layer that complements the lipid layer. Thanks to the high content of linoleic acid and oleic acid, which balance each other out, the skin can fully absorb the valuable ingredients without feeling greasy after application.

Jania Rubens Extract

Like a natural energy drink for the skin: this extract from a red seaweed contains a plant-based version of taurine. It stimulates ATP synthesis, which is our body's energy currency. It helps with immediate hydration, increases fibroblast activity for strong tissue and reduces signs of fatigue.

Sodium Carrageenan

Sodium carrageenan has a sponge effect and optimizes the hydration of the skin - faster and more efficiently than hyaluronic acid. Carrageenan is extracted from the Scandinavian red algae and also stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid in the epidermis. In addition, it is a booster for ceramides and fillagrin (binds and stabilizes keratin) and supports a healthy skin barrier.

Acmella Oleracea Extract

This extract, obtained from the superfruit rambutan, moisturizes the skin in three complementary ways: 1) it strengthens the skin barrier, 2) it stimulates keratinocytes by increasing mitochondrial activity and ATP synthesis (the body's energy currency), 3) it improves the absorption of taurine for better hydration of stressed skin. All organic and harvested under fair and sustainable conditions.

Hyaluronic Acid

Worth the hype: Formed by the cells (fibroblasts) of the connective tissue, hyaluronic acid acts like a sponge and can absorb up to 1000 times its own weight in water. Our mixture contains the optimal mix of long, medium and short chain hyaluronic acid for an additional moisture boost. We use hyaluronic acid that is obtained through fermentation from plant sugars and is therefore suitable for a vegan lifestyle.
