Alternating all three variations of our shake complement each other perfectly for a holistic activation of the metabolism and the regeneration and protection of the cells.

Replace individual or multiple meals as desired or enhance your muesli or shakes.
Example of the procedure for a metabolism activation treatment (please always consult your doctor):

Introductory phase (2 days)
3 shakes daily
+ 2-3 cups of fasting tea

In everyday life, we still recommend replacing one meal a day with one of our three metabolism drinks, depending on your mood, to maintain a healthy weight. Another tip: Always drink the shake slowly, sip by sip, or sip by spoonful; you'll only feel full after 20 minutes.

Application

As a meal replacement:
Stir 2 tablespoons (30 g) of Lanserhof metabolism shake into approximately 200 ml of plant-based drink and mix in a shaker. Add 1-2 tablespoons of linseed, olive, or coconut oil, depending on your taste.

As a meal enhancer:
Add 1-2 teaspoons to muesli, yogurt, etc.

Fermented sprouts

Lactic acid fermentation juices from sprouted pseudo-cereals such as brown millet, quinoa and broccoli seeds are excellent sources of enzymes, vitamins, phytonutrients and countless other vital substances. The fermentation process makes the nutrients more accessible to the body, as the enzymes released break down complex compounds. The resulting probiotics can boost the immune system by supporting beneficial bacteria in the gut.

Vegan protein complex

Vegan rice, hemp and hydrolyzed pea protein contains all nine essential amino acids that the body needs and is particularly easy to digest. It is naturally gluten-free and particularly low in allergens. The high protein content supports muscle building and the fiber has a long-lasting satiating effect.

Fermented Rice Bran

Is rich in various nutrients such as proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals. During fermentation, the rice bran is treated with the help of microorganisms, resulting in a variety of bioactive compounds. This leads to an increase in the nutrient content and digestibility of the rice bran.
