Application

After applying the serum, gently massage in circular motions onto face, neck and décolleté in the morning and evening.

If your skin barrier is irritated, we recommend using the Barrier Strengthening Serum in the evening and thenBarrier Recovery Light Creamto complete, then use Barrier Longevity Cream as a final treatment during the day.
All creams are formulated lightly and absorb quickly. We recommend always completing your daytime skincare routine with sunscreen.

Jania Rubens Extract

Like a natural energy drink for the skin: this extract from a red seaweed contains a plant-based version of taurine. It stimulates ATP synthesis, which is our body's energy currency. It helps with immediate hydration, increases fibroblast activity for strong tissue and reduces signs of fatigue.

Saccharide Isomerate (1)

To produce the exopolysaccharides, planktonic microorganisms are cultivated in Brittany, France. These unique marine molecules promote the skin's vital functions and strengthen its barrier function and moisture content. The result: the skin looks brighter, softer and healthier.

Sodium Carrageenan

Sodium carrageenan has a sponge effect and optimizes the hydration of the skin - faster and more efficiently than hyaluronic acid. Carrageenan is extracted from the Scandinavian red algae and also stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid in the epidermis. In addition, it is a booster for ceramides and fillagrin (binds and stabilizes keratin) and supports a healthy skin barrier.

Bakuchiol

Like a vitamin A, but gentler: Bakuchi oil (bakuchiol) is not only antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, but also regulates the behavior of skin cells in a similar way to retinol, but without being a vitamin A. While both stimulate collagen production and reduce MMP, an enzyme that attacks collagen, bakuchiol is better tolerated than retinol.

Hyaluronic Acid

Worth the hype: Formed by the cells (fibroblasts) of the connective tissue, hyaluronic acid acts like a sponge and can absorb up to 1000 times its own weight in water. Our mixture contains the optimal mix of long, medium and short chain hyaluronic acid for an additional moisture boost. We use hyaluronic acid that is obtained through fermentation from plant sugars and is therefore suitable for a vegan lifestyle.

squalanes

A natural compound with the ability to lock moisture deep into the skin. Is light and quickly absorbed, ideal for oily and sensitive skin. Has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.

Ceramide NG

Ceramides make up half of the skin's gel-like lipid layer and therefore form a natural protection that acts as a skin strengthener. They not only restore the skin's proper barrier function but also protect it from intrinsic and extrinsic skin aging.

Brassica Campestris (Rapeseed) Sterols

Phytosterols (also called plant sterols) are found in plant cell membranes and have a similar structure to the body's own cholesterol. Since visible skin aging is often caused by a lack of cholesterol in the skin, phytosterols help to accelerate the restoration of the skin barrier to maintain skin moisture and thereby make the skin more elastic.
