Why sprouted and fermented sprouts?
If pseudo-cereals such as brown millet or broccoli seeds are germinated and then fermented, dextrorotatory lactic acid is produced through the participation of the lactobacilli. Lactic acid fermentation juices are excellent donors of enzymes, vitamins, phytonutrients and countless other vital substances.
Furthermore, up to 30 different strains of microorganisms, including various lactobacteria and bifidobacteria, Bacillus subtilis and yeasts, which create a broad enzyme base, are included.
All microorganisms are sourced from Germany and EU countries. These are GMO-free and therefore no genetically modified organisms are used in production.
