2 cups of tea per day. Pour 1-2 teaspoons of boiling water over each cup (approx. 125 ml), cover, and let steep for 8-10 minutes. Then drink in small sips.

The tea blend contains licorice root. In cases of high blood pressure, the daily intake of 2 cups should not be exceeded.
