The Microbiome Essential Bundle combines two perfectly coordinated products for targeted support of the intestinal microbiome: the Lanserhof Microbiome Complex and Lanserhof Lab 2’Fucosyllactose.

The focus is on building and balancing the gut flora, a sensitive component of our well-being. The microbiome consists of billions of microorganisms that are closely linked to digestion, metabolism, and the gut barrier. Factors such as stress, an unbalanced diet, travel, or special strains can affect this balance.

The Lanserhof Microbiome Complex provides selected probiotic bacterial cultures and is therefore classified as a probiotic. Probiotics contain live microorganisms that are naturally part of the gut flora. The formula is supplemented with carefully selected micronutrients.

2’Fucosyllactose complements the approach as a modern prebiotic. Prebiotics serve as a food source for certain beneficial gut bacteria, thus supporting a balanced microbial environment in the gut. The combination of prebiotics and probiotics creates a synergistic approach for people who want to consciously support their gut balance.

The bundle is particularly suitable for individuals who want to specifically support their gut, supplement their daily routine, or promote their general well-being from within.

Application

Microbiome Complex: Drink 25 ml daily, neat or mixed with still water in a glass. Take on an empty stomach at least half an hour before breakfast in the morning.

2'Fucosyllactose: Stir 3 measuring spoons (3 grams) daily into sufficient liquid and drink after dissolving.

The Lanserhof Microbiome Complex provides selected probiotic cultures to supplement the gut flora. The complementary intake of 2'Fucosyllactose, as a prebiotic, specifically supports the microbial environment by serving as a nutrient source for certain beneficial gut bacteria.

For a synergistic approach, daily combined use of both products is recommended, ideally in the morning. Regular intake over several weeks can usefully complement a gut-conscious routine.

Note: The Lanserhof Microbiome Complex contains living microorganisms (lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, yeasts) which rely on careful storage for their effectiveness. Please store the product in a cool, dark place, ideally at 4-8 °C (refrigerator temperature). Absolutely protect from direct sunlight and heat.

Ingredients list

Lanserhof Microbiome Complex: Water, cane molasses**, germinated brown millet* and broccoli sprouts* (filtered), microorganisms (lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria and yeasts)
10 billion CFU per shot (25 ml)

*From 100% controlled organic cultivation.**
Cane molasses is broken down by the microorganisms during the fermentation process.

Why germinated and fermented sprouts?
When pseudo-grains, such as brown millet or broccoli seeds, are germinated and then fermented, dextrorotatory lactic acid is produced by the action of lactobacilli. Lactic acid fermentation juices are excellent sources of enzymes, vitamins, phytonutrients and countless other vital substances.

Ingredients

For our products, we use only selected, high-quality ingredients – plant-based, pure and effective.

Microorganism strains

Microorganism strains such as lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria, or yeasts are natural components of many fermented products. They are formed during the fermentation process and help break down, metabolize, or improve the availability of certain ingredients. Specifically selected strains are used in dietary supplements or functional foods with the goal of enhancing the product's diversity and quality.

Dietary fiber

Dietary fiber is an indigestible component that plays an important role in digestion and general health. It supports healthy intestinal flora, promotes digestion and helps to keep blood sugar levels stable. Dietary fiber also serves as food for healthy intestinal bacteria, the so-called probiotic microorganisms. These bacteria help to keep the intestinal environment in balance.

Broccoli sprouts

Broccoli sprouts are considered extremely nutrient-rich and are referred to as superfoods due to their high content of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. One of the most notable properties of broccoli sprouts is their high sulforaphane content.

Sprouted brown millet

Sprouted brown millet is a rich source of vitamins, minerals and amino acids. These include vitamin C, vitamin E and B vitamins as well as magnesium, calcium, iron and zinc. The germination process increases enzyme activity.
