In order to guarantee this, the Lanserhof medicinal herbal teas have so-called "apothecary quality", with defined standards, e.g. B. with regard to the active ingredient content.

1-2 cups of tea per day. Pour boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons per cup (approx. 125 ml), cover and let steep for 8-10 minutes. Then drink in sips.
Drink as a cure over 4 weeks and do not exceed the duration of intake.
