Details

In the Lanserhof program, crunchy foods are used as "chewing trainers" to relearn proper chewing as a component of healthy digestion. During chewing training, each bite should be chewed 30 to 40 times to regenerate the intestines, increase satiety, and thus also aid weight loss.
