Details

Spelt is rich in fiber, which is particularly good not only for satiety but also for digestion. Furthermore, the vitamin B it contains is good for the liver, brain, and muscle cells. Silica strengthens hair and nails and is also beneficial for cognitive function. At 4.2 mg per 100 g, spelt has the highest iron content of any grain.
