Oat and Lucuma Mix organic

Our Lanserhof sprouted oats and lucuma mix combines the power of sprouted oats with the natural sweetness of the lucuma fruit. The sprouting process makes the oats particularly digestible and nutrient-rich, while lucuma boasts valuable antioxidants, fiber, and minerals. Lucuma is naturally rich in antioxidants, calcium, potassium, iron, and zinc. Sprouted oats naturally contain enzymes, folic acid, vitamin C, iron, zinc, magnesium, and protein.

Storage instructions: Please store in a cool, dry place.

Preparation recommendation: Simmer 50-60 grams of the sprouted oat-lucuma mixture with 150-80 ml of (plant-based) milk of your choice or water on the stove for 10-15 minutes at low heat.
